It is always included in our rates:

• the use of a mini-bar, satellite TV and air conditioning in the room;
• wi-fi throughout the hotel;
• unsupervised parking adjacent to the hotel (supervised parking available 150 metres from the hotel, € 40.0 per week, € 7.0 per day)

Breakfast buffet: 7:40 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Buffet lunch: admission to the hall from 12:45 p.m. and by 1 p.m.

Dinner served: entrance from 19:40 and by 20:00

The BED AND BREAKFAST treatment

• sweet and savoury breakfast buffet (with home-made cakes and pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fresh and toasted bread, eggs);
• dried and fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and more;
• coffee and/or barley cappuccino, fresh whole milk, espresso, cappuccino, chocolate and hot water. Cold fruit drinks;
• gluten-free and/or lactose-free products, soya milk and lactose-free milk are always available.

The treatment of HALF BOARD 

• sweet and savoury breakfast buffet;
• dinner served with choice of menu every evening
• salads to compose and vegetables to buffet;
• dessert, ice cream or cheese served at the table.

Full board  “HAPPY TIVOLI” 

• sweet and savoury breakfast buffet;
• Buffet lunch including a wide choice of cooked and raw vegetables, salads to be composed, first course and second course of the day, which will be portioned by the cook in the dining room, plus many other delicacies.
• dinner served with a choice of menu,  buffet salads, vegetables and fruit, house dessert or ice cream will be served at the table;
• water during meals.

From now on you can directly contact our historical partners via email and whatsapp and make your requests and you will pay them directly on the beach. You will find the contacts when booking the room!

Guaranteed check in: 12:00; Check out at 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed and subject to availability).

Possibility for our customers to arrive early in the morning, leave their luggage in our storage, if the room assigned to you is not yet ready.

our cuisine is purely Romagna (gluten-free products on request and to be specified during the booking);
the beach is 250 meters from the hotel which is located in the municipality of Misano Adriatico, more precisely in the hamlet of Misano Brasile, on the border with Riccione, whose center is 3.5 km away while the center of Misano is 900 meters away easily reachable with the beautiful pedestrian promenade;
near our hotel is the Parco del Sole where you can dance on Wednesday and Sunday evenings; next to it, there is a dedicated children’s area, with many games for a fee and not;
always on Wednesday evening (repeated on Thursday evening in Misano center), there is a market along the streets of our neighborhood, on Tuesday morning the classic weekly market always a few steps from our hotel.
